Customer Reviews Talkswitch 24-CA We are
a small company with four employees in the office and a few other part-timers
who telecommute. We had an existing two line, multiple extension system
that we had outgrown, so were looking for something with flexibility,
growth potential, and the features we needed to support our business. Frank H. Bizfon 680 Box 1 (6X8) Optional Phones I didn't start out to buy this phone system. I had another one in mind but when I described what I needed it to do, Steve who works here (day and night it seems) recommended this one instead. I'm very happy he did. The system works well and is very easy to set up. We like it so well we're expanding it so we can accommodate another company we own. We'll be using the systems multi-tenant feature (Had Steve's help on that too) Good system, great support. Bill D. Talkswitch 48-CA w 1 or more TES13211 Phone Great
product. I researched for a long time to find a solution that could keep
me connected with my business and customers at an affordable price. The
Talkswitch provides the connectivity to find me and keep my customers
in contact with me. We have 3 people in our 'office' which includes a
brick/mortar office, our homes, and our cars which would normally be difficult
to manage, but Talkswitch makes it easy. T.N.T. Max Wireless Audioconferencing Phone We use this unit on a daily basis. We're very satisfied. We are buying a second unit. Madeleine R. Venture IP Phone with Power Our company has been looking for a suitable phone system for the last 3-Months, we have tried a KSU system, a VOIP system with Policom's IP-500 phones and to our dismay the quality of the signal was poor, you basically need a T1 to really make it work, We tried PBNEXT and in one day we knew this wasn't the system for us the delay between calling and line activation is about 20 seconds, not acceptable in business + you can only receive on line at a time, then we ordered Talkswitch and for sure we new that was going to be the answer the main problem with it was similar to the PBNEXT system you can only have one call a time + call waiting, again not acceptable, for that we use a regular phone with a auto attendant machine. In desperation browsing the web we came across Power System, we explained our dilemma of 3 months of pain and suffering and they recommended the AASTRA Venture IP, we where a little bit cautious at the beginning due to the fact that 3 1/2 months have come and gone and we still don't have a phone system, we received the system last monday, we where surprised by the size of the controller smaller than our router, the phones looked very impressive and complete, to our surprise the system worked as soon as it was connected, plus it has 4-incoming lines not available in the other systems for the cost of this system, it takes a little bit of time reading the manuals downloaded from the aastra website but after a little over 30 minutes the system was programmed and fully functional, this is the best system we have tried and believe me I think we tried them all, we had few operational questions and we decided to call the support department from AASTRA and to my surprise they call me back in about 30 Minutes. Not only the system works as described but the support department is ready when you need them, I will recommend this unit to anybody looking for a phone system with expandability option, ease of use and low cost. A++++ Edgar T. Talkswitch 48-CVA (48CVA) Our business consists of two geographically separated locations, one of which has three separate buildings. We have found the Talkswitch VOIP hybrid phone systems to be a perfect fit for our needs. The VOIP features of the 48CVA allows us to connect to the remote location over the Internet, allowing us to keep phone lines free while at the same time saving on long distance phone charges. By utilizing 802.11G and a couple of 48CA's, we were able to extend our phone system to two other buildings over 1000 feet apart. The Talkswitch systems integrated with the Wi-Fi network flawlessly and saved us from the time consuming and cost prohibitive process of trenching between buildings. The configuration options of the Talkswitch system are really quite remarkable, and it seems new ones are added with every firmware release. The combination of the Talkswitch systems and the incredible pricing and service from Power Systems has truly been a pleasure and is one I highly recommend. Brad T. Talkswitch 48-CA (48 CA) I was purchasing a
company that I had worked in for 7 years, and needed a phone system for
the new location. After seeing the previous owner spend over $2000 on
adding voicemail to an existing $4000 Panasonic system, and not being
able to administer it at all, I made a decision that the phone system
I needed for the new location must be easy to set up and administer myself.
I was frustrated with the many complicated keystroke combinations involved
in making the Panasonic work, and the subsequent costly tech support calls. Bizfon 680 Box 1 (6X8) Optional Phones The Bizfon 680 I just purchased from you was delivered within two days... even quicker than I expected. Once more, I installed a system with 6 phones and 5 lines in less than 2 hours and everything worked beautifully on the first attempt. Interestingly enough, this $2,500+ system replaced a Toshiba unit with traditional voice mail that was sold for over $8,000 to a different contractor. The Toshiba did not have enough resources to handle Private Lines nor an Auto Attendant nor many of the other functions of the Bizfon unit, I might add. I'm a firm believer in the value of this hardware and every installation proves me right again and again! Prior to this last purchase my research indicated that Power Systems had the widest variety of Bizfon equipment and accessories readily available for shipment and at the best overall price on the 'net. As a vendor Power Systems and Dave were extremely easy to work with and very quick to respond to my queries... the hardware I ordered shipped within a day after I placed the order and arrived in perfect condition just a couple of days later. I have another jobsite office starting up in a few weeks, so I'll be looking for a dual-unit system capable of handling 10 lines and 10+ phones. Duane P. Talkswitch 24-CA I have had other phone
systems in the past and the Talkswitch 48-CVA is by far the most powerful
and most flexible I have used. Just the fact that I can program it myself
has already saved me many expensive trips by the “phone guy”
I used to need to manage my other, less powerful systems. The unit is
also small enough to just place on a table and it’s out of the way.
Doing business around the country and overseas makes the VoIP capabilities
of the system particularly attractive to us. Talkswitch 48-CA w 1 or more ST118B Phone I purchased one last year, which I found after doing a lot of research online. It has worked flawlessly. It’s extremely flexible and the perfect size for our needs. We also bought another 2 recently. Features we use: Fax detection and forwarding, Remote extensions for our workers out on the field all day, forwarding calls to cell phones and pagers, Easily configurable through PC, Less expensive than the smaller solutions of major vendors, No need for professional installer, Auto Attendant, Remote Extensions, Voice Mail all key features for the business.
