SMB AA60 Appliance is ideal for small offices that don't have a computer rack and need the space-savings of a small platform. Form factor is AA60 Desktop/Wallmount. It supports 1 to 30 users and Up to 12 concurrent calls.

SMB AA300 Appliance is ideal for Medium-sized businesses with a computer rack or shelf space and want the power of a server-class PBX. Form factor is AA300 Desktop/Rackmount. It supports 1 to 150 users and Up to 45 concurrent calls.

SMB AA350 Appliance is ideal for Medium to large businesses that want a high performance, highly redundant, full featured rackmount PBX. Form factor is AA350 Redundant Rackmount. It Supports 1 to 400 users and Up to 75 concurrent calls.

Switchvox SOHO Supports 1 to 20 users and up to 10 concurrent calls. Features are :
